Registration Now Open
An insight-driven program for coaches, HR professionals, and leaders who want to partner ethically and effectively with neurodivergent clients in complex workplace systems.
Why This Program, Why Now?
Coaching Neurodiversity at Work is a first-of-its-kind learning experience designed to center the needs, strengths, and lived realities of neurodivergent people at work — and to prepare you, as a coach or leader, to meet them with presence, inquiry, and action.
This is not a course in therapy — and it’s not a course of therapy. It’s professional development rooted in coaching ethics, Universal Design, and real-world inclusion.
You’ll explore:
-
Foundations of neurodiversity through a strengths-based lens
-
The workplace as both a site of challenge and possibility
-
Tools to navigate disclosure, accessibility, and identity with integrity
-
Neuro-affirmative approaches aligned with ICF coaching competencies
-
Practical strategies for supporting client growth and self-advocacy
Who Is This For?
-
Coaches (ICF or otherwise) looking to deepen their inclusive practice
-
HR professionals and internal coaches creating equitable workplace systems
-
Leaders committed to transforming how they show up for neurodivergent team members
-
Anyone ready to move beyond awareness toward applied, ethical coaching
-
We welcome all learners who are committed to coaching with equity, humility, and care.
